CONSTITUTION: A reader 204 reads out 'placard' information stacked on a hopper 203, the 'placard' requested to be delivered is selected, the 'placard' parts are sorted by a sorter 205 in accordance with prescribed specifications, and after checking the stock of the 'placard' parts in each sort, a cargo-booking slip is outputted to a cargo-booking instructing device 206. A cargo-booking performance is fed back to a cargo-booking performance input device 207 and the ordinary bill and receipt reflected by the cargo-booking performance are issued.
