To provide an apparatus which produces fluidized soil without using motive energy.

The apparatus produces fluidized soil having different specific gravity. The apparatus comprises: a tank for storing a fluid therein; and a cylindrical container 31 for producing a fluid. The tanks are installed for every kind of a fluid, and each of the tanks is connected to one cylindrical container 31 by a supply pipe 4. The cylindrical container 31 is a hollow container provided with an outlet 41 of the supply pipe 4 at a side face thereof, and also is provided with a discharge port at a bottom part thereof. The apparatus is configured so that a fluid having small specific gravity is ejected into the container faster than a fluid having large specific gravity.
