Abstract:
PURPOSE: To continuously produce a uniform product by supplying a liquid-state saccharide material from an upper injection hole into a molding die void at a working position and further solidifying the liquid-state saccharide material by dropping, inserting and holding a handle member. CONSTITUTION: A molding die 3 is successively sent to a liquid supply working position 5 by a conveying means 6 and sent to the position of a fixed guide plate 80 after the liquid-state saccharide material is injected from an upper injection hole 4 into the void of the molding die. On the other hand, a handle member 9 from a supplier D is inserted into a tube-shaped part 43 of a rotating mechanism 8 by an ejecting means 31, held, turned and inserted into the molding die 3 at the downward position and a holding means 10 is closed and holds the handle member 9 at the fixed position. Then, it is sent into a cooling device 60 and the liquid-state saccharide material is solidified. Thus, the uniformly shaped product can be continuously produced.
