The producing system of a vehicle damage record list indicating damage degree of a vehicle body panel, comprises a solid shape recognizing means 10 obtaining three-dimensional position data indicating a surface shape of an area including a damaged part on the vehicle body panel; a data processing means specifying the range of a damaged area including a warp generating area of the vehicle body panel and the degree of the damage, and deciding repairing contents, on the basis of the three-dimensional position data obtained by the solid shape recognizing means 10; and a data output means outputting the three-dimensional position data obtained by the solid shape recognizing means and the repairing contents decided by the data processing means.
