Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product accumulation device in a trimming machine capable of stabilizing accumulation of products and improving productivity by using an opening and closing type guide cylinder instead of a lifting table and a pressing member and blowing anti-static air for removing static electricity from an upper part of a die or from just below the die.
SOLUTION: This product accumulation device in a trimming machine is provided with an upper mold 6 and a lower mold 8 cutting a product 31 provided continuously on a sheet 7, a knock out rod 3 moving vertically by corresponding to the upper mold 6, and a first anti-static air outlet 4 opened on the knock out rod 3. When the product 31 is cut by the upper mold 6 and the lower mold 8 and the cut product 32 is pushed out downwards by the knock out rod 3, anti-static air is blown from the first anti-static air outlet 4 to remove static electricity of the product.
