Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a product carry-out device for a plate material work machine and a carry-out method using the carry-out device, by which products worked by a work machine are arranged and sorted at the same time automatically.
CONSTITUTION: A carry-out device is provided with a robot main body frame (robot frame) 15, which is adjacent to a punch press (work machine) 5 and is assembled rectangularly, an inclined roller conveyer (conveyer) 183 for carrying out a product, and a slider unit 47, which is freely movable in the X-axis direction and in the Y-axis direction within the area surrounded by the robot main body frame 15, and in the slider unit 47, at least a pallet carrying part 71 for moving a product pallet 105 for storing the product and a product carrying part 75 are provided freely movably in the upward/downward direction.
