Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce potentional energy of drop to reduce a dropping sound and prevent a product flaw.
SOLUTION: A product W, cut by a front vice device 3 provided on a band saw 1, is received to be fed onto a slat conveyer 25, a conveyer device, to lower the conveyer 25 together with the product W, down to the height of a pallet 69 to be stopped. Then the conveyer 25 is driven to be dropped down into the pallet 69 to be housed. A dropping sound can be reduced, and a product flaw can be prevented by thus reducing product dropping energy.
