To provide a product holder which makes a product easy to view and prevents the product from getting removed without permission.

The edge portion 2b of an inside holding member 2 and a flange portion 3b of an outside holding member 3 are superposed on each other and inserted into the engagement groove 4a of a fixing member 4 to cover an overlap between the inside holding member 2 and the outside holding member 3. A connection claw 3c is formed as if to be extended from a fitting lid 3a of the outside holding member 3, and put through the ring-shaped portion of the product and held. A collar portion 3b' is provided at the end of the connection claw 3c, the collar portion 3b' and the edge portion 2b' of the inside holding member 2 are superposed on each other and inserted into a fitting groove 4a of the fixing member 4 and fixed so as to be held from both sides. Connection columns 2d and 2d' and 3d to hold the product are formed on the inside of a space covered by the fitting lid 3a of the outside holding member 3, and a clasp of a necklace or the like is secured at the space.
