Abstract:

To obtain a cooked meat combined with spice, which solves a problem of heat-deterioration of vitamin E or the like much contained in roasted sesame or the like and a disadvantage of injuring inherent taste of spice wherein the problem and disadvantage of conventional cooked and seasoned meat with spice such as sesame are caused by cooking the meat with the sesame for long time.

This cooked meat is obtained by separating solid cooked and seasoned meat from stock, primary-drying the solid meat properly, sticking a pasted food starch thereon, sticking spice flavor thereon and secondary-drying the resultant.
