PURPOSE: To obtain an excellent product taking out apparatus for multipurpose and cost saving, by providing an attracting and releasing motion of the magnet apparatus related to the lifting and lowering of the upper die.

CONSTITUTION: When the ram lowers an upper die 14, a chute 13 retreats from the position between the upper and lower dies 14, 5. While the upper die 14 lowers, a pat 16 comes in contact with a workpiece 2 and presses it. Then the upper cutter 15 cuts the outline 3 of the work piece 2 in cooperation with a lower cutter 6 of the lower die 5, and the forming is completed. Meanwhile a lowered magnet 23 gets close to a product 4 of the work piece 2 and attracts it by being magnetized. After completing the forming, the ram rises to lift the upper die 14 and also the pat 16. The magnet 23 rises as attracting the product 4 in one body with the pat 16. When the upper die 14 comes close to the upper dead point, a weight 30 of the wire 29 contacts the holding plate 5 of the lower die and stops to pull a locking pin 24 away from the elastic spring 25 releasing the lock of a magnet pin 21. Then the magnet 23 lets the product 4 apart to fall onto the chute 13, and it is discharged to the next stage.
