To obtain a product utilizing bagasse by containing components of optional food and drink in the bagasse, which is lightweight, unbulky and injestible with sense of tea by boiling through bringing the product to a dry product by mixing bagasse as strained lees of sugarcane with other kind of food and drink, and to provide a method for producing the product.
The product utilizing the bagasse is obtained by mixing the bagasse with optional food and drink so as to contain the components of the food and drink in the bagasse. The bagasse may be roasted or pulverized after or before mixing with the food and drink. The optional food and drink comprises unrefined lees vinegar, and besides, various kinds of vegetables, medical herbs, fruits including citrus, and tubers and roots.
