PURPOSE: To obtain the amorphous alloy which is improved in moldability by utilizing thermal stability and a supercooling liquid state.
CONSTITUTION: The amorphous alloy blank material having such characteristics as to exhibit glass transition phenomenon at the true crystallization temp. Tx or below and to generate at least one time of the primary heat evolution phenomenon to generate partial crystallization then the secondary heat evolution phenomenon to cause the crystallization of the entire part at the true crystallization temp. Tx or above is used. This blank material is subjected to a heat treatment by which the above-mentioned primary heat evolution phenomenon is generated. The amorphous alloy (line a2 to a4) with which the apparent crystallization temps. T1 to T2 rather than the true crystallization temp. Tx of the amorphous alloy blank material (line a1) having the amorphous single phase structure are shifted to the high temp. side is thus obtd.
