Abstract:
To effectively utilize molten metal produced with fused treatment of incinerated ash.
In a producing method of an amorphous material consisting essentially of iron and phosphorus, an ash fusing process is performed, in which the incinerated ash and flying ash containing at least iron and phosphorus are fused in a reducing atmosphere in a fused furnace 1 with Joule heat developed by supplying the electric current to electrodes 4A, 4B arranged in the fused furnace. And a metal rapid cooling process is performed, in which the fused material M is precipitated to the lowermost part in the fused furnace in the fused material produced in the ash fused process, and taken out and rapidly cooled to make amorphous.
