Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production apparatus and the like of ozone water capable of producing the ozone water without disposing the supply line of a raw material gas and capable of continuously producing the ozone water with stable ozone concentration.SOLUTION: A production apparatus of ozone water comprises: a water supply part supplying raw water; an ozone generation unit generating ozone gas; a gas-liquid mixing part mixing a gas and a liquid; a gas-liquid separation portion storing the gas and water in an airtight and watertight container; and the discharge port of the ozone water. An ozone gas generation line is made by connecting a suction port opening at the gas phase part of a container in the gas-liquid separation portion, the ozone gas generation unit and the gas-liquid mixing part in this order. A water passage line is made by connecting the water supply port and the gas-liquid mixing part in this order.
