To provide a production apparatus for whipped cream enabling decreasing blow quantity of whipped cream without the need of work such as measuring the penetrometer value by a worker.
The production apparatus 1 for whipped cream has a mixing machine 2 mixing a liquid material for whipped cream with a gas followed by whipping, a pipe 4 for transportation and a pipe 5 for pressure measurement each to be selectively connected through a switch bulb 3 to the discharge opening 21 of the mixing machine 2, and a pressure sensor 51 measuring the pressure of whipped cream in the pipe 5 for pressure measurement. The apparatus also has a control part 6 switching the connection to the discharge opening 21 to the pipe 4 for transportation through driving the switch bulb 3 when the measured value of pressure measured with the pressure sensor 51 in the pipe 5 for pressure measurement connected to the discharge opening 21 of the mixing machine 2 with the switch bulb 3 turns out to be within the range of measured value which is measured in advance.
