PURPOSE: To provide the process for producing the artificial dental root having high strength of adhesion without generating a gap in the adhesive layer of a bottom.

CONSTITUTION: After an adhesive is put into the recessed part of an artificial dental root body 1, a pseudo core 2 having the volume larger then the volume of a metallic core 5 to be bonded and is not bonded with the above-mentioned adhesive is inserted therein. The pseudo core 2 is removed before the adhesive cures completely and the metallic core 5 coated wit a small amt. of the adhesive is inserted thereon. The adhesive is then completely polymerized. The gap 4 generated by polymn. shrinkage in the adhesive layer 3 of the bottom is embedded by the added adhesive and, therefore, the artificial dental root having the high strength of adhesion without having the gap is obtd.
