PURPOSE: To produce easily and inexpensively a ball-and-roller bearing for a distributor by blanking an annular outer ring and inner ring from a disc blanked from a steel plate, and interposing plural steel balls via circular-arcuate grooves between the inside circumferential surface of the outer ring and the outside circumferential surface of the inner ring.

CONSTITUTION: A disc 2 having the same outside diameter as the outside diameter of the outer ring 4 is blanked from a steel plate 1 having a prescribed thickness by means of a die and a punch. A disc 3 having the same outside diameter as the inside diameter of the ring 4 is blanked from the disc 2 to form the ring 4. A disc 5 having the same outside diameter as the outside diameter of an inner ring 8 is blanked from the disc 3 and further a small disc 7 concentrical with the disc 5 is blanked from said disc 5, by which the ring 8 having a through-hole 19 is obtd. Circular-arcuate grooves 9, 10 are formed respectively by cutting on the inside circumferential surface of the ring 4 and the outside circumferential surface of the ring 8. The ring 4 and the ring 8 are disposed concentrically, and plural steel balls 12 held by a retainer 11 are engaged in the opposed grooves 9, 10, by which a ball-and-roller bearing B for a distributor interposed with the plural steel balls 12 on the inside circumferential surface of the ring 4 and the outside circumferential surface of the ring 8 is thus obtd.
