Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the abrasion resistance of a resin layer on the surface of a reinforcing material and to improve the durability of a mold to be used in punching press molding.
SOLUTION: A melting process 102 for melting an aluminum alloy, a punching press molding process 105 for molding a reinforcing material by the punching press molding of the alloy, a block forming process 109 for molding a block in which the surface of the reinforcing material is coated with a resin layer, and an ageing-annealing process 110 for ageing the reinforcing material and annealing the resin layer in parallel are provided. Besides, an ageing process for ageing the plate-shaped alloy after the process 102 incompletely is provided between the process 102 and the process 105 to supplement the incomplete ageing in the aging process in the process 110.
