Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing bulk paper having a large thickness, high absorption, excellent softness, and moderate toughness.
SOLUTION: This method for producing bulky paper having a pattern formed thereon comprises transporting a fiber sheet 2 with a prescribed moisture content to a pattern-imparting step installed before a drying step and having a sucking part and a prescribed open hole pattern net 31 surrounding the sucking part, sucking the fiber sheet 2 in a state put on the open hole pattern net to impart a pattern corresponding to the pattern of the open hole pattern net to the sucked fiber sheet 2, and drying the pattern-imparted fiber sheet 2 in a drying process to provide the objective bulky sheet having the pattern. The open hole pattern net is constituted of a prescribed reinforcing belt 33 for conveying and a prescribed open hole pattern structure.
