Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing bulky paper, having large thickness and high absorbing property, excellent in flexibility and having a proper strength.
SOLUTION: This method for producing pattered bulky paper comprises providing a suction drum 32 arranging an opening pattern net having many opening parts in which one opening area is 3-25mm2 and opening area ratio is 19-91% and minimum width of a net material 36 forming the opening parts is 0.2-2mm on the periphery before or in drying process in the bulky paper producing process and sucking a fiber sheet having 50-99wt.% water content ratio before transferring to the suction drum 32 in a state retained on the opening pattern net 31, applying patterning corresponding to the opening pattern net 31 to a fiber sheet 2 and then drying the paper.
