Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the method for economically producing the bulky woven or knitted fabric having an uniform and dense appearance and rich in bulkiness and softness.
CONSTITUTION: Conjugated multifilaments containing a polyester soluble component 2 or synthetic multifilaments containing the conjugated multifilaments are false-twisted. The false-twisted filaments are woven and subsequently subjected to the dissolution of the soluble component 2 in the woven fabric to produce the bulky woven or knitted fabric.
