The alcohol coating is carried out by applying aqueous alcohol to large cake with cuts for dividing or after separated into pieces and reunited. The concentration of alcohol in the aqueous alcohol is preferably 5W80%. The vessels for storage are preferably made of plastic, aluminum or water-proofing paper and preferably required to be low in oxygen permeation. When stored, the cake is kept at lower temperatures than 10°C and rapid referigeraton to lower than -20°C is much preferred.
