PURPOSE: To easily produce a cap to simply attach the same to a hollow molded article in the production of the cap of a concrete hollow columnar article.
CONSTITUTION: A cap material 4 is proured into a form made of an elastomer equipped with an air valve 2 and an overflow port 3 and the form 1 is vibrated by a table vibrator 5 to degass the cap material and the excessive cap material 4 is discharged from an overflow port 3 while the cap material 4 in the form is cured and demolded. By this constitution, the production of a cap is facilitated and the attachment of the cap to a hollow molded article can be more simply performed and, as a result, production cost can be reduced and it is unnecessary to use a split form and demolding can be easily and well performed.
