Abstract:

PURPOSE: To produce a capsulated toner having blocking resistance and excellent in electrostatic chargeability.

CONSTITUTION: A dispersed phase contg. at least a polyisocyanate, a polymerizable monomer and a polymn. initiator is dispersed in a continuous phase to which an electric charge controlling agent has been added to form liq. droplets, a dropping agent contg. a compd. having active hydrogen is then added and shells are formed by allowing the polyisocyanate to react with the compd. having active hydrogen at the surfaces of the liq. droplets.
