Abstract:

PURPOSE: The flow of the product which is obtained by treating an inorganic powder with a continuous crusher is partially closed to stay and specific amounts of liquid additives are added by many portions, then the mixture is crushed to produce a supported catalyst for producing high-stereoregularity polyolefin of high polymerization activity and high bulk density.

CONSTITUTION: When a product obtained by crushing a mixture of an inorganic powder such as anhydrous magnesium chloride and more than 5pts.wt. per 100pts of the powder, of a liquid additive such as diphenyl ether is used as a carrier to produce a catalyst, the crushing is effected by means of a continuous crusher 1 where the inorganic powder is fed from inlet 2 and the stream of the product is partially closed in the system to cause the stay of the treating product. Then, liquid additives are added by portions from inlets 3, 4 to conduct crushing and the product is taken out of outlet 5, thus producing the objective supported catalyst.
