Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a producing method for cellular concrete product capable of reducing the quantity of an alumina cement to be used and having sufficient strength in a gas concrete slurry molding at the time of being released from a mold.
CONSTITUTION: The mix proportion of each component in the cellular concrete slurry containing the alumina cement(AC), gypsum(GY) and calcium hydroxide (CH) is controlled to AC/GY/CH=(3.5-4.5)/(3.5-4.5)/(3.5-4.5) (weight ratio), the temp. of the cellular concrete slurry to be placed in a molding flask is controlled to 22-28°C and the curing temp. of the cellular concrete slurry molding before autoclave curing is controlled to 30-45°C. The temp. rise before curing is accelerated by adding an alkali metal carbonate into the slurry.
