Abstract:
PURPOSE: To effectively utilize energy without requiring the treatment of ash generated by incineration by using wastepaper difficult to recycle as part of fuel for a cement, clinker kiln.
CONSTITUTION: Wastepaper unfit for recycling such as tickets and slips are separated from gathered wastepaper and used as part of fuel for a cement clinker kiln. For example, the separated wastepaper is cut into chips of about 5mm width and about 20 length, the chips are mixed into combustion air for the burner of a rotary kiln and this air is transferred and blown into the burner.
