PURPOSE: To obtain the product having high density and strength and small diameter at a low cost by forming a linearly formed powdery ceramic material coated with a resin film using a specific nozzle, isotropically pressing the resin film and sintering the formed material.
CONSTITUTION: A nozzle to be used in the present process is composed of a plurality of small-diameter nozzles 1 and a large-diameter nozzle 2 surrounding the small-diameter nozzles 1. A mixture of a powdery ceramic raw material and a dispersion medium is extruded from the small-diameter nozzles 1 and, at the same time, a resin liquid is extruded from the large-diameter nozzle 2 and the extruded components are integrally drawn to obtain a linearly formed powdery ceramic raw material coated with the resin film. The formed material is pressed perpendicular to the drawing direction and heated at the sintering temperature to obtain the product. The pressing of the linearly formed material is preferably carried out by using a two-dimensional rubber-press.
