Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a coated granule in which usage of a binder is properly reduced and stable shape retaining is kept and a good- quality coating layer is continuously formed.
SOLUTION: Core material B which is wetted by moisture and has water absorption properties is charged in a fixed position on a vibrating disk 2 whose longitudinal section is a chevron. A mixed powder is separately charged in the other fixed position, which powder contains a material such that stickiness is given by absorbing moisture and it is sufficiently minute in comparison with the above-mentioned core material, as a main component. While rotating the core material along the side plate 3 erected in the circumferential edge of the above-mentioned vibrating disk, the core material is advanced in a fixed direction. The mixed powder is brought into contact with the core material and moisture thereof is absorbed on the mixed powder, to thereby stick the mixed powder on the surface of the core material.
