Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a coating plate in which production efficiency is enhanced and a production line is shortened and enhancement of yield is obtained by applying a sheetlike coating film body, which is preformed for base material and has a decorative layer and a base coating layer, to heating contact-bonding treatment and transferring the coating film body on only the surface of the base material and joining both sides into one body and removing the unnecessary part while leaving a sheet shape.
SOLUTION: In the method for producing the coating plate, a composite layer body 52 of a three-layer shape, in which a decorative layer 3 and a base coating layer 2 are formed on a film 50, is used. The above-mentioned base coating layer 2 is joined on the base material 1, heated and contact-bonded and also after the film 50 is removed, a top clear layer 4 is provided on the decorative layer 3.
