Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the reduction of Q value and the suppression of dispersion by sticking electrode paste on the outside face of resonance element in the form of rectangular pole and the inner surface of through hole, then, inserting an axial rod into the through hole of this resonance element and drying the resonance element while rotating it.
SOLUTION: A resonance element 1, which has a through hole 4 at the center of its upper and lower surfaces, in the form of rectangular pole, is immersed in silver electrode paste in a silver electrode paste tank and the silver electrode paste is stuck on an outside face 2 of resonance element 1 and the inner peripheral surface of through hole 4. This resonance element 1 is picked up from the silver electrode paste tank axial rod 7 made of Teflon having an outer diameter smaller than that of through hole 4 is inserted into the through hole 4, the resonance element 1 is rotated while blowing heating air 8 onto its two counter faces, and a silver electrode paste stuck film 9 more stuck on the outside face 2 of resonance element 1 in the beginning is dried while moving to the section of ridge side 3. Therefore, the silver electrode paste stuck film 9 at the section of ridge side 3 gets thicker and over all the outside face 2 and ridge side 3 of resonance element 1, the uniform silver electrode paste stuck film 9 is formed.
