Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the drop-out defect and mispositioning by adhesion of foreign matter by adhering a transfer sheet and a member to be transferred right after dropping of a non-solvent type adhesive and forming the parts where light shielding films and color filter overlap as spacers.
CONSTITUTION: The color filters 3 of plural colors are formed to prescribed pattern shapes by a pigment dispersion method, etc., on a transfer base 1 consisting of, for example, a metallic sheet. The light shielding films 4 consisting of resins dispersed with black pigments are so formed in the spacings between the color filters 3 in such a manner that the peripheral parts thereof have overlaps with the edges of the color filters 3. The non-solvent type adhesive 5 in a liquid form consisting essentially of, for example, acryl, is dropped onto the surface formed with the color filters 3 and a transparent glass substrate (member to be transferred) 6 is put thereon from above and both are press bonded, by which the adhesive 5 is uniformly spread at ordinary temp. At this time, the projecting parts A generated by the overlaps of the light shielding films 4 and the color filters 3 act as the spacers and an adhesive layer having a uniform film thickness is formed. The transfer base 1 is peeled after this adhesive layer is cured by UV rays.
