PURPOSE: To make the titled member stable and a long life electrically optically and photoconductively by placing a base body member on a rotary holding means and by forming the surface in the cleaned face with very small unevenness by inorganic acid solution after transferring a pressing plate with trace dent with its press-fitting on the surface.
CONSTITUTION: The aluminum base body member of which surface is cleaned by a trichlene, etc. is placed on a rotary holding cylinder. The trace is transferred on the base body surface by placing the pressing plate having the uneven trace which has the curvature equal to that of the base body member on the surface thereof and by feeding it out by pressing with a roller evenly. The race may be made in an even continuous one by transferring it in order by phase slipped plural pressing plates. This surface with trace has no flaw nor foam and is uniformly stable organically as well but if it is dipped in the inorganic acid solution of a hydrochloric acid, etc. to form the cleaned face with very small unevenness having no oxidation film, etc. the titled device is more stabilized electrically, optically and photoconductively and made a long life with durability.
