CONSTITUTION: Coating powder in which an Sn or Ni plating layer good in wettability with an Sn series low m.p. alloy is formed on the outer circumference of Fe series powder with 10 to 1000μm grain size having an approximately spherical shape, and after that, a flux layer (such as ZnCl2.NH4Cl series flux) for preventing oxidation is formed on the outer circumference of the plating layer is prepd. The powdery mixture of the coating powder and Sn series low m.p. alloy powder is heated to the m.p. of the Sn series low m.p. alloy powder or above and is cast and formed.
