Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent occurrence of cracks by forming the matrix for rods one by one while interweaving the rods.
CONSTITUTION: Many rods 10 are held as a group 11 of warp direction rods by a holding unit 2 in a mutually parallel state and the many long rod materials 12 held in a parallel state are pushed and inserted between the rods 10 of the group 11 of warp direction rods using a rod-inserting unit 3 of a rod-pushing mechanism 5 while being cut to a desired length by a cutter unit 4. While the rods are interwoven, the matrix for the rods is heated and formed one by one using a reed, etc., of a beating-up motion 6.
