To provide a dwarf tree raising composite tool composed of a main trunk, a base and a pot formed in an integrated state and its production process by manufacturing an imitation trunk of a tree, putting the trunk into a tree-raising pot, pouring a mixture of a foamed polyhydric alcohol prepolymer and a foamed isocyanate prepolymer into the pot and molding in integrated state.
A polyhydric alcohol prepolymer is mixed with a foaming agent, stored, stirred and expanded to a prescribed expansion ratio to obtain a foamed polyhydric alcohol prepolymer. The prepolymer is mixed with an isocyanate prepolymer expanded to a prescribed expansion ratio and the obtained mixture is stirred, poured into an imitation tree mold and subjected to high-temperature reaction to impart the mixture in the imitation tree mold with the nature of a wood. The mixture is molded in dry state and the molded article is taken out of the imitation tree mold with a mechanical arm to obtain a main trunk similar to natural wood having water- retainability and woody properties. The main trunk is put into a pot positioned at an injection position and a foamed polyurethane produced by the mixing and stirring of the polyhydric alcohol prepolymer and the isocyanate prepolymer is poured into the pot to integrally bond the woody main trunk, a base made of a foamed polyurethane and the pot.
