Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a uniformly coated conductive woven fabric scarcely having the irregularity of electric resistance by coating using a reverse roll coater a woven fabric with a conductive coating in which the mixing weight ratio of a conductive substance to a binder and a viscosity are controlled within specific ranges, respectively.
CONSTITUTION: A conductive coating containing a conductive substance and a binder in a mixing weight ratio of 5:100 to 100:100 and having a viscosity of 50-5, 000 cps is prepared. The conductive coating is coated on a woven fabric with a reverse roll coater to obtain the conductive woven fabric wherein the coating is uniformly coated and which has substantially regular electric resistance.
