Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinneret capable of producing fibers having reflection and interference functions of visible rays, ultraviolet rays and infrared rays, and having an ejection hole unit which !s composed of a belt-shaped passage for passing one component of molten polymer compounds, openings for discharging the other component of the molten polymer compounds being arranged in the midway of said passage, and opens outside via a funnel-shaped part.
SOLUTION: Onto a polymer compound B passing in a belt-shape on the upper surface of a weir-shaped part 10, the other polymer compound A flows out through openings 7 arranged in a row so that the polymer compounds A and B are alternatively laminated in stratified states, and they flow into a funnel-shaped part 9 in this state. In the funnel-shaped part 9, a cross sectional structure of the passage is wide in the direction perpendicular to the direction of the multiple laminate of the polymers and is gradually narrowed in the direction of the multiple laminate of the polymers. Via the funnel-shaped part 9, a multiple laminate of plural polymers is ejected from a rectangular slit 11.
