Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a production plan of a steel product in a short time accurately corresponding to a short delivery period. SOLUTION: An order input means inputs a product order and then a passing stage determining means determines passing stages of the product; and a production plan generating means finds lead times and efficiency by the passing stages according to the passing stages of the product order, stacks them to determine the passage timing and processing time of each passing stage, stacks the processing times of respective product orders by the stages in time series to compute operating rates by facilities, and then decide whether or not there is a capacity-exceeding stage; when not, leveling for allocating the processing of the stage to previous and next timing is performed according to a delivery period and capacity to suppress capacity excess, operating rates are computed again by the stages after the adjustment, and when no capacity-exceeding stage is left, the production plan is generated on the basis of the current passage timing and processing time.
