SOLUTION: Department management means P1-P6 capable of transmitting information in two-way by a local area network 5 are installed to the respective function departments 1, 2, 3 and 4. The department management means P1-P6 are provided with a display means 51 and a pen operation means 52 capable of handwriting input to the display means 51. At the display means 51 of the department management means P1-P6, production cost information updated based on production result information inputted by a pen input means 52 in the respective function departments 1, 2, 3 and 4 to a preceding processing is displayed on a screen together with the production control information.
