Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically convert a code necessary for simulation of a dispatching rule, and to automatically prepare a parameter table in controlling the production using the systems of production control and simulation. SOLUTION: A control device 3 comprises an intermediate code synthesizing means 310 to convert a dispatching rule to an intermediate code, a converting means 304 to convert the intermediate code into a code for a simulation execution device 203, a synthesizing means 307 to synthesize a necessary parameter table among parameter access codes of the intermediate code, an imaginary data base converting means 302 to register the parameter table in a simulation model 202, an access code synthesizing means 313 to convert the parameter access code of the intermediate code into a code to acquire the parameter from the production control information 102, and a converting means 305 to convert the intermediate code into a code for a production control device.
