PURPOSE: To provide a production control system capable of moving data synchronously with movement of a work without bringing about the abnormality of carrying of the work even in the case that the next work is charged simultaneously when the work is discharged from the work end process.

CONSTITUTION: Plural registers 21, 22, and 23 corresponding to plural processes arranged on a production line 10 are provided, and data 60 in registers is successively fed synchronously with the movement of a work 50 flowing on the production line, thereby controlling the work 50 flowing on the production line and data 60 corresponding to it. In this production control system, data buffers 2 are provided between registers.
