Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a creamy cheese-containing fish meat paste product retaining the smooth creamy cheese without readily causing the separation of water and an oil in the interior thereof.
SOLUTION: A cheese capable of absorbing water during or after production and softening into a creamy state is used as a cheese sealed between pieces of a ground fish meat in the method for producing a fish meat paste product containing the creamy cheese therein comprising sealing the cheese between the pieces of ground fish meat, forming the resultant material and then heating the formed material.
