Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a waste plastic fuel, enabling to highly efficiently perform dechlorination (dehydrochlorination) mixed waste plastics comprising various kinds of plastics by the use of a practical machine capable of treating the plastics in a large amount, and to provide a device therefor.
This method for producing the dechlorinated waste plastic fuel comprises the first process for dechlorinating preliminarily coarsely ground waste plastics in a front reactor A at 250-300°C the second process for finely grinding or molding the dechlorinated waste plastics with a grinder or molding machine B, and the third process for further dechlorinating the finely ground or molded waste plastics in a rear reactor at 300-350°C.
