PURPOSE: To produce a decorative laminated sheet without impairing the surface sheet by overlaying a styrene resin sheet on the inner side of a dish-shaped vinyl chloride resin sheet-like molding and injecting a styrene resin over the styrene resin sheet.

CONSTITUTION: An adhesive is applied to the inner side of a vinyl chloride resin- made sheet-like molding which has been formed into a desired dish-like shape, and then a sheet of a styrene resin such as acrylonitril-styrene-butadiene resin (hereinafter referred to as ABS resin), polystyrene resin, etc., is bonded thereto. Then, the laminate is put into an injection molding die and a styrene resin such as ABS resin, polystyrene resin, etc., is injected onto the styrene resin sheet.
