Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the random property of a fiber without causing nep, etc., by accumulating a fiber while winding the fiber on the circumferential face of a walker roller with a condenser roller and diffusing the fiber with an air stream by rotation of cylinder and guiding the fiber with a fiber guide plate.
CONSTITUTION: Fiber is accumulated using a condenser roller 14 arranged in the vicinity of a walker roller 13 while winding the fiber to randomize the fiber, and the fiber is diffused with an air stream generated by high speed rotation of a cylinder 4 and fed to a random cylinder 16 while guiding the fiber with a fiber guide plate 15.
