PURPOSE: To prevent the burr at cutting time and to eliminate the danger at handling time by forming the diameter of the rising tip part of the hub hole of a disc in the specified size against the diameter of the rising part.

CONSTITUTION: A disc 10 is finished to the disc plate 7 of the necessary shape from a plate stock in a drawing stage, a hub hole 8 and bolt hole 9 are made in the hub hole working stage, the bolt hole 9 is finished in the necessary shape further in the hub hole bending stage and the disc 10 is formed via the bolt hole coining stage to expand the tip part of the hub hole 8. The hub hole 8 is expanded so that the diameter D of its rising tip part 12 becomes D=d+0.3 mmW0.6mm against the diameter d of the rising part 13. The formed disc wheel further forms a cylindrical part with the carrying plate work of the inner face of the hub hole 8 by a cutting tool with holding a rim outer diameter part.
