Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a disk at a low cost from laminated sheets with good accuracy.
SOLUTION: The laminated sheets 74 are successively attracted from upper layers and are supplied to a guide plate 94 in a sheet supplying section 85. The sheets 74 are positioned by positioning pins and are held by upper and lower blanking blades 106, 107 and plural disks 19, 20 are blanked in a blanking section 86. The blanked disks 19, 20 are attracted by the upper blanking blade 106 and are transferred to a disk receiving device 97. This disk receiving device 97 inserts the received disks 19, 20 onto gathering pins 145 and aligns and gathers the disks. Slugs 137 are sucked and discharged by the lower blanking blade unit 107. The sheets 74 after the blanking are discharged by a sheet discharge 88.
