Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the high speed formation of a heat seal and the high speed filling with contents, by using, as a internal-layer resin for a two-layer film used for an insertion package body, one that is lower in fusing point than an external-layer resin, and by allowing only the internal-layer resin to be welded at the moment of heat-seal and preventing the external-layer resin from being fused.
SOLUTION: In the production of a packaging container 5, the bottom of a two-layer inflation film consisting of an internal-layer resin layer 2 and an external-layer resin layer 3 is first heat-sealed to form a seal part 4. Then, contents 6 are filled into the packaging container 5 through an opening part 7, and after they are filled, the opening part 7 is heat-sealed. Thereafter, the external-layer resin layer 3 is pulled and peeled from the packaging container 5 and the entire external-layer resin layer 3 is removed, thereby completing an insertion package body 1. The internal-layer resin layer 2 used in the case is a polyethylene resin, and the external-layer resin layer 3 is one of the resins selected from a group consisting of polypropylene, poly-4-methyl-1-pentene, polyethylene terephthalate, and polyamide.
