PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply dye a cloth of a polyester fiber in a good process passing through property by flow dyeing the cloth in a specific condition, while imparting a shock to the cloth in an alkaline dye bath, by eliminating pre- treatments such as a finishing, a drying and a pre-setting under keeping a high accuracy (a high quality).
SOLUTION: This method for producing a dyed cloth is to perform a flow dyeing of a cloth 1, while imparting a substantially uniform shock to the cloth 1 with a collision board 4, in an alkaline dye bath of a flow dyeing machine in a temperature range showing ≥0.3%/°C lengthwise and/or widthwise wet shrinkages or >0.6%/°C total of lengthwise and widthwise shrinkages, and at ≤1.2°C/min rate of temperature elevation.
